    Plan It is a lifestyle concierge service offering custom travel itineraries and accompanying research, curated gift guides, personal event planning and unique lifestyle subscriptions- all designed with the purpose of taking the stress out of life’s’ good moments.

  • Do I have to live locally to use your services?

    Nope! While we’re based on the Powys/Shropshire border, most of our services- including gifting, travel planning and digital lifestyle support are available across the UK and beyond.

  • I want help with something a little bit different, can you still help?

    Most likely- yes! Plan It is all about personal, flexible support. If you’re looking for help with something that doesn’t quite fit the proposed travel packages, gifting or event categories, just pop us a message. Whether it’s organising something niche or creating a one-off experience, we love a creative challenge. Let’s chat!

  • Can I come to your events solo?

    Absolutely- in fact, that’s what we’re after! Our events are built with the purpose of creating warm, welcoming spaces for connection, especially for women looking to build new friendships!

  • Can I get a refund if I don’t like the results?

    Because our services are personalised and begin shortly after purchase, we don’t offer refunds once work has started. We work off of assigning a set amount of hours, research and liasoning for each service. If you have any concerns we’re always happy to tweak things where possible.

  • Can you help with group travel or special occasions?

    Absolutely. Whether it’s a hen do, birthday trip or girls’ weekend away, we love helping bring group experiences to life. Just shoot us the details via the contact form and we can help you get planning!
