3. Services & Bookings

All services must be booked via www.planitco.uk or by emailing hello@planitco.uk.

• Your booking is confirmed once full payment is received.

• Service delivery times (such as for gift guides or travel itineraries) vary, but are generally completed within 5–10 working days.

• Services are custom to your preferences, and therefore non-transferable unless otherwise agreed.

4. Payments

We accept payment through secure third-party processors such as Stripe or PayPal.

• Full payment is required upfront for one-off services.

• Subscriptions (e.g. memberships) are billed monthly or quarterly depending on your plan.

• You are responsible for any transaction fees, including those from your bank or card issuer.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Due to the bespoke nature of our services, all purchases are final once work has begun.

• Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction with stylistic choices or content, such as gift guides, travel plans, or recommendations.

• Event tickets are non-refundable, but may be transferred to another guest with written notice at least 72 hours prior to the event.

• In rare cases where a refund is granted at our discretion, a processing fee may apply.

• If Plan It is unable to fulfil a service due to an internal issue, you will be offered either a full refund or equivalent service credit.

By purchasing from us, you accept that our services are subjective and personalised, and you waive the right to request refunds based on preference or taste.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including branding, graphics, service names, descriptions, guides, downloads, and templates — is the intellectual property of Plan It.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or redistribute our materials for commercial use without prior written consent.

By using our services, you acknowledge that Plan It acts solely as a planning and recommendation provider and not a booking agent, vendor, or liable party.
